The Port Washington Mural Project transforms everyday spaces into vibrant expressions of community pride. From Main Street to unexpected corners throughout our peninsula, these murals celebrate what makes Port Washington unique—its history, natural beauty, culture, and the people who call it home.
Created by local artists, for the community, the project turns underutilized walls into meaningful public art that invites connection, sparks conversation, and enhances the walkability and visual identity of our downtown and neighborhoods.
The Port Washington Mural Project
We are proud to collaborate with talented artists including Lori Lee, Diane Luger, Jason Diaz, and Michelle Shain. Whose work reflects the creativity and spirit of Port Washington. This effort is made possible through strong community partnerships, including our collaboration with Greg Panulo of All American Painting and The Art Guild of Port Washington, as well as countless sponsors whose support helps bring these murals to life.
As an ongoing initiative, we regularly invite the community to participate—sharing ideas, themes, and inspiration, and issuing calls for artists to submit designs. Each mural is an opportunity to tell a new story and deepen our shared sense of place.
Together, we are creating a living gallery—one wall at a time. Take a self guided art walk of the PW Mural Project Here
